1. I have broken the screen.
If you have broken your screen you can fix this by sending the watch to us, and then we give you a new watch for a small fee.
2. I cant call from the watch.
If you cant call from the watch you need to check if the sim card is activated. You can do this by sending us an email.
3. The watch wont charge/Get really warm when charging.
If the watch dont charge or get really warm when charging there may be a solution to the problem.
This may happen if the battery is not attached to the watch properly. You can check this by opening up the watch and detach the battery. To do this you need to take out the cable that is marked with the circkel on the picture below, and put it back in place again.
If this does not work, it is something wrong with your charging cable. Take contact with us for help with charging cable.
4. The screen on the watch does not work, but I can hear sounds.
If your screen does not work you need to open the back of the watch, and detach the cable for the screen (Shown in the picture, rounded with a circle) Put the cable back in place and add the back case of the watch again.

5. If you cant get contact with the watch in TeleGapp you need to do this:
– Encrypt you watch. Check FAQ for cryptation.
– Download TeleGapp from App store or Google play.
– Register a user with your personal phone number or connect with facebook.
– When logged in, go to devices in the menu on the left side.
– Add watch by clicking the plus sign in the top right corner.
– Insert IMEI number and the rest of the info to add the watch.
– If you get ”No info” when you have added the watch, follow these steps.
– Turn the watch off and on, wait until the screen goes black, and then wait until the screen turns on again. When this happens, press the SOS button on the left side of the watch until an S shows up on the display on the watch.

– the watch is working properly. If you aint sure about this you can call the sim card provider to make them check that everything is fine with your sim card.
– I have good signal where I am using the watch.

5.
The screen on my watch is broken, can this be fixed?
If your screen is broken, we can fix this by giving you a new watch for a small fee. Take contact with our support team for more information about this.

The watch wont charge/Get really warm when charging.

If the watch dont charge or get really warm when charging there may be a solution to the problem.
– This may happen if the battery is not attached to the watch properly. You can check this by opening up the watch and detach the battery. To do this you need to take out the cable that is marked with the circkel on the picture below.
– It can also happen if the little black cable is laying between the charging pins and the charging plates. This makes bad connection between the charger and the watch, and then it can get warm.
– If none of this works, it is something wrong with your charging cable. Take contact with us for help with charging cable.

2.
Cant add watch to teleGapp/ Dont get any connection with watch from app

If you dont get any connection with the watch from the app there is something you need to check:
– I have encrypted the watch with encryption found on gatorwatch.com
– I have a sim card that works fine. (Have fee and its activated)
– Turned on the watch
– Typed in the right IMEI code when adding the watch.

I have problems with cryptation.

I cant make phonecall from the watch

If you have trouble calling from the watch or to the watch, you need to make sure:
– I have connected the watch with the TeleGapp
– My phone number is added to the contact list in the app.
– The sim card in
